When the NYT is running stories of how noble it is to default on a student loan and the author is a 57 year old guy who is “morally” justified in defaulting, you know what is around the corner?
“Well everybody else is defaulting, so why not me?”
I had a student loan of $3700 at the same time as this guy, paid mine off in 1984. Hum….
